Terms of Service

SimpleTestimonials lets businesses collect, approve, and display customer testimonials via an embeddable widget.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Pricing shown at signup is locked in for as long as you remain subscribed without interruption. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to collect, submit, or display testimonials that are fraudulent, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to publish. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from individuals whose testimonials (including video) you collect and display.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of testimonials collected through your account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
